Who we are

This site is run by Omni Orient Limited, company registration number 77171468, registered at Unit B, 11/F, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong SAR, China.

What we collect

The site has no accounts, no newsletter and no analytics of its own. Data reaches us in three ways.

When you send one of our forms (an application to distribute a brand or the form for Asian brands), we receive what you fill in: your name, work email and company, plus the other answers you choose to give, such as your website, role, markets, details about your company, a messaging app and your ID on it, and your message. With each submission we also store your browser's user agent and a one-way hash of your IP address, to keep out spam and abuse.

When you book a call, the booking calendar collects your name, email address, company, website, the kind of business you run, the markets you are looking at, and anything you add in the notes.

Our hosting provider also keeps the standard server logs needed to run and protect the site, runs a bot check when you send a form, and streams the video on our brand pages.

What we use it for

Form answers and booking details are used to review your request, reply to you, and prepare, hold and follow up on the conversation. Personal data is never sold, and you are never added to a marketing list.

We keep form answers and booking details for two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. Applications to distribute a brand stay with us and are not passed on to the brand owners.

Who processes it

Three services process data on our behalf. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions, runs the bot check, sends us a notification email for each submission and streams video. Cal.com runs the booking calendar. Microsoft provides our company email, where form submissions and bookings arrive. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. The booking calendar is an embedded Cal.com page and sets the functional cookies it needs to hold your booking.

Your choices

Reply to any email from us, or write to our registered office, to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Every request gets an answer.
